During one-lung ventilation a patient's SPO2 begins to decline below 90%, what steps should you take to bring the saturation back up?

1. Increase FiO2 to 100%
2. Maximize tidal volumes
3. Apply PEEP to dependent lung (caveat to this is it could shunt more blood to non-dependent lung)
4. Apply CPAP to non-dependent lung
